Where is your holiday home Curacao located?
Beach House Pietermaai is located on Pietermaai 18, in a monumental mansion directly ocean front. You can relax on one of the patios with the sand between your toes. You have plenty of spots with shadow or sun, to choose from.
The location is very peaceful and offers a lot of privacy. However, you are still within walking distance to the best restaurants in the Pietermaai District, as well as the downtown shopping district in Punda.
Relaxing time:
Your own private pool of 10 x 4 meter is giving you a great ocean view while swimming or relaxing on the inside pool terrace.
Around the pool you’ll find sun beds, a daybed on the deck above the ocean, hammock above the ocean and a hammock under the palm trees, a lounging area, Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. You can always find a spot in the sun or shadow.
While you are sitting in an Adirondack chair on the wooden pier you will see a lot boats passing by or maybe some dolphins!
You can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and watch the yachts and cruise ships navigating in and out of the harbor.

Sleeping time:
Beach House Pietermaai provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with high-quality bedding. One bedroom is the master bedroom with an exceptional quality super king-size bed (2×2 meters) box spring. It has fine lines that ensure a quality sleep every night. Firstly when you enter the bedroom is the great sea view through its wide sliding doors. Moreover, it has a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with 2 rain showers, double sinks and a separate toilet. The master bedroom also has a safe. A desk is located in the bedroom, where you can do some necessary work or maybe write a book?
The other bedroom is detached from the house (a few footsteps) and therefore a great private place for the children or friends. And offers great ocean views too. It feels like your own boutique hotel room. It has a queen-sized bed (160×200 meters) that can be also separated into 2 single beds. The studio bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a toilet.
Besides the bedrooms, children can sleep on the comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room that has air conditioning too. Beach House Pietermaai can also provide a baby crib if needed.
Both bedrooms have smooth air conditions, a ceiling ventilator, and Smart-TV. The accommodation takes care of details and offers bathroom amenities, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer in each bathroom, and full-length mirrors. Additionally, 220V and 110V outlets are available.
Beach time:
