Rates start at 325 USD per night for 1-bedroom.
The nightly rate is exclusive of a 7% tourist tax, a cleaning fee of 145 USD, charges for water and electricity usage, and the selected extra services you like to add. You will see the total price during your reservation process.
Booking Information:
– The minimum stay is 7 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us to check availability and options.
– All prices are listed in US Dollars.
– Once you send your reservation request, we will review the dates. After approval, we will send you a confirmation with payment instructions. A 50% down payment is required to secure your booking.
– Option: It may happen that dates have been held as an option for 24 hours, this is not visible in the calendar. When you fill out a reservation, it may be necessary to wait for the option time to expire before we can process the reservation. We will inform you immediately if this is happening.
Holiday Season:
– During Christmas Holiday Season the house is only available at the rate for 2 bedrooms.
– The minimum stay is 21 nights.

About Beach House
Living Room
Spacious living room with open kitchen with bar and kitchen island. Sliding doors can open fully, making the outdoor terrace in the living room. On the outside, the large sturdy table with luxurious Dedon chairs and comfortable cushions.
Bedroom
The bedrooms have views over the entire ocean. The master bedroom offers a luxury box spring 2×2 meter (King). The bedrooms have silent air conditioning, a fan and a smart tv.
Beach House Pietermaai is suitable for 4 persons. A detached studio bed- and bathroom is located
oceanfront. Ideal for 2 couples or parents with children. Besides the bedrooms, children till the age of 8 can sleep on the large comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room (with airco).
Baby crib available.
Bathroom
The master en-suite bathroom has two sinks and is very spacious. The shower room has 2 showers. There is a separate toilet. Adjacent is the walk-in closet. The other bedroom has its own bathroom, with sinks, shower and toilet.
Kitchen
Luxurious and bright, large kitchen with high ceilings. Large American fridge with ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine and smoothie blender. Kitchen island and bar overlooking pool and sea. Also, the washer and dryer are located here. Completely stocked with utensils, pots and pans, kitchen towels, salt/pepper/oil, toaster, kettle etc.
