Prijzen starten vanaf 305 USD per nacht, op basis van 1 slaapkamer
Prijs per nacht is exclusief toeristenbelasting (7%), eindschoonmaak (135 USD), water/electra.
Minimum aantal nachten is 7 nachten. Minder nachten? Neem dan contact met ons op om te kijken naar de mogelijkheden.
Alle prijzen zijn in USdollars. Het eindbedrag wordt omgerekend naar euro’s ivm Nederlandse bankrekening, dus geen buitenlandbetaling nodig.
Na de reservering, ontvang je een bevestiging met alle informatie en betalings mogelijkheden. Een aanbetaling van 50% is nodig om de boeking te bevestigen.

Woonkamer

Ruime woonkamer met open keuken met bar en kookeiland. Schuifdeuren kunnen volledig worden geopend. Op het terras staat een grote eettafel met luxe Dedon-stoelen en comfortabele kussens.

Slaapkamer

De 2 slaapkamers hebben uitzicht naar de zee. De master slaapkamer biedt een luxe hoge kwaliteits boxspring van 2×2 meter zorgt voor een heerlijke nachtrust. De slaapkamers hebben airconditioning en een ventilator.

Beach House Pietermaai is geschikt voor 4 personen. Een aparte studio slaap- en badkamer bevindt zich aan zee. Ideaal voor 2 stellen of ouders met kinderen. Naast de slaapkamers kunnen (extra) kinderen tot 10 jaar slapen op de grote comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer (met airco). Ook een babybedje is beschikbaar.

Badkamer

De en-suite badkamer in de master slaapkamer heeft twee wastafels en is zeer ruim. De doucheruimte heeft 2 douches. Er is een apart toilet. Aangrenzend is de inloopkast. De tweede slaapkamer beschikt over een separate badkamer met douche, toilet en dubbele wastafel.

Keuken

Luxe en lichte, grote keuken met hoge plafonds. Grote Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, Nespresso-apparaat en smoothiemaker. Keukeneiland en bar met uitzicht op zwembad en zee. Wasmachine en droger. De keukenuitrusting is zeer compleet met pannen, bestek, borden, keukentextiel, peper/zout/olie, keukenrol, afwasmiddel, vaatwastabletten ed.

“ Stayed in the Beach House for one week. The location right on the ocean is wonderful - can hear the waves day and night and watch the ships go by. The apartment can be totally opened up to the outdoor space which includes your own private pool, your own little sandy “beach” and loungers and a hammock. There is a full kitchen. The bedroom has fantastic air conditioning - we usually only had it on for a few hours before bedtime to cool the room and did not need it overnight. There are double shower heads in the spacious shower and double sinks in the bathroom with exposed stone in the bathroom. David and Cindy were always available if we needed anything. The unit is in Pietermaai which is a lively area with lots of shops and great restaurants and close to the Queen Emma floating bridge. Always felt safe there. Will be returning.”

“ Heerlijk verblijf gehad in de Beach House Pietermaai. Alles op loopafstand: goede restaurants, gezellige barretjes, winkels in Punda en een kleine supermarkt. Veel privacy en genoten van het zwemmbad direct aan zee. Aan alles is gedacht, van strandtas tot koelbox en natuurlijk de heerlijke koffie uit de Nespresso machine. Wij komen zeker terug!”

“ Upon arrival, some fruit and sparkling wine was provided at no charge, and literature on things to do in the area. The house is centrally located to the main attractions. 5-10 minute walking distance to downtown Punda, floating markets, coffee shops, and barhopping along Nieuwestraat. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Private pool, beach chairs and hammock. Everything was clean and organized. Lots of room indoors and outside for those who have lots of luggage/ diving gear, and/or family. The only minor comment I would make is the bed, not the most comfortable, a little too firm for my taste. Overall great location, stay, and excellent hospitality from David. We would highly recommend.”
